4 week veg in bubbler not going well need help !!!!

    i have 6 clones that i have put into my bubbler , they been in for 4 weeks ! and look rubbish ! all under 7 inches in height and have 4 seopetate leaf stems, tips were going discoloured and curling /shrivling on one or two, not many roots altho they are cumming through now , groth is realy slow , they are under a 250w cfl they are at 65 degrees temp in room , ph is 5.9-6.1 , tap water no nutes till adding them today , i dont no where im going wrong but im loosing intrest with the bubbler system :mad: any body help ?

    Your tap water probably isn't suitable for hydroponics. What's the ppm of your tap water?

    i have just replaced my water with distilled water thanks agen
