After reading a bit about ventilation for a growing area I still need a bit of help. My tent being 5.25' x 3' x 1.7' (63" x 36" x 20") requires at least 34 CFM for it to clean the air every minute considering there is a carbon filter controlling odor and a 600w HPS light generating heat. I've seen people recommending the TD-100x-4" which has a control to set it either to 100 or 135 CFM or buying a Vortex 4" with a speed controller and just simply adjust the speed as required. The thing is I'm trying to go for the most silent solution. So from my understanding I should just try and get something good that can be ran at 100 CFM or less for it to be as silent as possible while still completing it's job correctly? Edit: Reworded.
