Yes, the way you drew the pic is correct. if you would like to be more efficient with the air flow and temps, you can place ducting going from the scrubber to the air cooled reflector, then connect more ducting from the other side of the air cooled reflector to the intake fan. the scrubber can be placed in the floor or table it does not need to be mounted to the ceiling.
