Does this look like ph 6.5 or slightly lower, thats what i was aiming for. (5.5 and 6.5) look so similar on the chart. I usually stop adding ph down as soon as im out of the green but i added a fraction more to see what the results would be.
Going by the calculations i used i know it should be close to 6.5 or just under, but i agree the test looks like 5.5.
Yea its actually in the middle more like a 6.0 kind of color but i went with 5.5 to be safer than sorry.. it can be closer to 6.5 than it was in color
Can i top side branches, and will they split into two branches that continue growing long like the head did. If this works Im aware it will make the plants take up more space, that's sorta why i want to do it.
I really needed to buy a new 400w hps bulb before I started these seeds, but i ended up buying a full 600w hid light kit. Im liking this light from hi-par so much i want to get there 315 chm and a hi-par duo hood. Havind a 600w and 315w in the same air cooled hood would work well for me

Recently i lowered the light to 24inches above canopy and raised the fertilizer level to 1.5ml/L. rhizotonic is staying at 1/4ml/L. ph is 6.5. Today i cut off a few leaves and sprayed with 2ml/L rhizotonic. The biggest plant money maker is starting to show sex but im still doing 16/8 light hours for a few weeks.
A pic from about one month ago before i started this journal. I was using a lumtek 400w hps with open reflector for the first few weeks. They only got rhizotonic for the first few days then I started 1/8 strength bloom nutrients.
Every second morning i water with about %30 - %50 runoff. I don't foliar spray much but i got nutrients on the leaves watering lately so i sprayed it off with rhizotonic. Each plant sits on top of a dome bowl for half an hour.
I Fitted a carbon filter very quickly after lights out. Garden chain is holding it up cuz it was cheap. I'll fix it up a bit tomorrow. I need some aluminum tape to.
I'll stop tying them down for now, let them stretch and recover from another defoliation. Starting 12/12 before new year.
