I lost the seedling pics so I'm going to start this from here. This grow was last minute so just used what I had or could get in corona time. I reused the same soil from my last grow and have the same line up. 3x3, bio-bizz, 1 plant I had one new bag of all mix so I removed the top 5/6 Inches from some 7gallons I used recently, sprinkled a layer of insect frass and put a new layer of soil. Then watered with biosys instant microbial tea, fish mix, root juice and bio heaven. I had 4 seeds that were labelled fem, freebies I’ve picked up from seedsman. Only 2 cracked, so yeah, double veg time! Day temps been around 22-26, Humidity around 40-50%.
Left plant started showing slight signs of def. slight cal first then i notice she getting hungry. i realised i ran out of molases so ended up feeding fish mix, epsom, alg amic, heaven. both had slightly burnt tips, i think from the alg-a-mic. first time ive added this in and it seem to appear after i foliar sprayd with it. nothing serious. got my new toy! getting 350/400ppfd in the corners of the tent, mainly 7-900 range. ill tweak it little in flower once shes finished growing up! Got some more molases, 6 jars from amazon is a good deal! This time they got molases,fish mix,bloom,top max. Last feed was epsom, molasses, top max,,,, i think :/ lol today i strip the bottom and removed the dodgy leaves left from the slight def. cut up the leaves and put them ontop of the pots.ill give them a week maybe more then ill flip.
Gonna flip this one this weekend! It should be, by my mathematical calculations just in time for when I run out of my last batch lol. Apart from a little gap that annoys me I think this may actually have too many tops. There are 3/4 in some squares.. oh well let’s see how she grows.. Temps 26c / humidity 56% for first three days after water. 4th days drop to 35%. Always low humidity untill she grows big especially in the summer. And then lowers as she transpires all the water from the pot. I think I might get a humidifier next run see how much time it saves me at the start..
Thought I’d try out a second net this time. Hopefully this will be enough to support them! I’m thinking of hanging some qbs on the side in between the layers of net. I’m gonna do some test when my new drivers come see how cool they run on min.
14 days today. Yesterday I had to move the lights up 2” as I noticed bleaching starting on some tops. I checked one has shot up was in 2000 ppfd and some others In 1500. now the Single top is in 1500 and most under 1000. I’m waiting for some drivers to arrive, I want to add two more panels and spread out a little more. As I said maybe drop some down the sides They have a great stretch so far they look real good so I was abit hesitant to move up at 13 days but hopefully they finished stretching!
I found thrips. It’s summer, it’s already flowering. We’ll see how it goes from here. A post about it and what I’m gonna try Neem seed meal added 2 more boards. Gone from 135w each for total of 270w to 4 boards at 75w each for a total of 300. Canopy pretty much all 1000ppfd now and boards much cooler to the touch. Got a mutant top As off yesterday
Fucking heat, some days hit 31/32. Fucking thrips too lol. They seem to have not taken over yet, I squish’s them when I see them and I top layered neem cake. I remember why not to flower in summer lol. two freebee seeds maybe not even same stain. Both completely different in flower. The right one has a lot of brown pistols already and looks shit compared to the left. Fuck free seeds too! Lol. Still marching through
Somehow didn’t really notice the thrips. Sure they didn’t even touch the left plant :/ .. anyway both are Actually looking great, just finished week 8 since 12/12. Most likely another 2/3 weeks left.
9 weeks tomorrow since 12/12. Am suprrised how quick this looked done. Checked leafy and aperently a 8 week strain so nearly there. Just waiting for more trichs to turn.
flowered under 2 IS165 boards and 2 Ali baba boards (qb288’s) The whole canopy is between 800-1000 ppfd. I added the extra boards and reduced wattage to make a more even canapy plus it reduces temps. 2 boards are enough though to flower in a 3x3.
Chopped a day before ten weeks of 12/12. Been checking every day for about a week and the trichs looked good today so down they came
