3rd day of tolerance break

  1. I'm on my third day of my tolerance break. I'm hoping to go at least a month.
    I'm taking the break because I need to get school work done and my tolerance to marijuana has gotten ridiculously high over the past couple years. What are some things I can do to help me get through the next week or two, I'm going to be bored out of my mind.

  4. you'll stop getting so bored around the 1 week mark until then get a new video game or go out for a run or something, excercise has been proven to alleviate weed withdrawals and it'll probably help your tollerance go down faster too (not sure about that one)

    Kidding.. If you workout, focus on that more than you ever have. Never know what good can come out of taking a break rather than just being miserable throughout it and wanting it over
     
  7. I'm 4 days into a T-Break myself, but i've been through the process a few times now.

    Like others have said, exercise is great. It helps a lot at the end of the day, you'll be so tired from working out you'll have no trouble sleeping, plus exercising makes you feel better by releasing endorphins and all that good stuff. Eating healthy food helps too, think of it like a detox regime.

    The first week is the hardest, but that first high after a T-Break is totally worth the trouble, and being able to get high of such a small amount of weed will blow your mind.

    Stay busy so you don't sit there and think how bad you wanna toke up.
