I watched the video. They're supposed to be facts about America... And a great handful of them are about laws made by the pope in the 16th century, I shit you not. The majority of them are just things like "There have not been any judges in America since 1789... just administrators", things that don't really mean anything. It changes a technical title we give to a position but has nothing to do with the position itself. Same with the CIA stuff. They are essentially the government.
