If the stems are thicker thats probably just to add more weight to the bag. It's hard to tell with the only object for relative size is your thumb, but that only looks like 1-2 grams to me, and unless thats pretty dank, yea you got ripped.

(This is just my opinion, there could be more herb there then I realize, I haven't picked up anything over a dime in about a month)

For $25 you get a half quarter (8th) of some good shit around here, that doesn't look like much over a gram maybe 1.5

Only good thing at this point is if it turns out to be shit weed, at least you're only out $30 instead of $300...Other than that, I say smoke it and figure out if it was worth $30 of entertainment.

I get that for about $10 from my dealer, so yea you got ripped, but its only $30 no need to rage or get yourself killed over it, next time just buy a scale.
