30 Days

  1. 30 Days , a sufficient amount of time for a Tolerance Break ?

What can I expect from a 30day Tolerance break, I haven't taken longer than 2 weeks off since I started smoking over a year ago.

For the past 2,3 months , its been almost daily ( well nightly ).

Can I expect my tolerance to be at 0 %

  2. Yes, possibly more then enough.

  3. Ya a month pretty much brings your tolerance down to zero. I'm starting a tbreak today for about 5 weeks until exams are over. I'm not getting very high anymore.

  4. I'm in pretty much the same situation right now. I've been smoking for about 8 months and haven't taken more than a week off since, my tolerance isn't too bad but I'm taking a month of for a few different reasons. From what I've researched a month should bring anyone down to almost zero tolerance. 2 months is probably the maximum you would need to take off and that's with a tolerance that's sky high. I'm about halfway through and can't wait to get ripped as fuck, good luck!
