30 Day Shred! 30 minutes kicked my butt!

  1. Trying to get back into shape and heard about the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser). Besides my smoking time, I don't have a lot of time to exercise, so 30 minutes a day was perfect. Holy crap it kicked my ass! :eek:

    Anyone try it or heard anything? Or any other exercise I can do in a little time a day to lose some inches?
