3 week old plants not looking up to par

    This is rather overwatering or underwatering, you take your pick. I had the same problem and when I watered them, they were perking back up within 30 minutes

    Looks like overwatering to me.

    5 days...a week..........let the soil get good and dry up to your 2nd nuckle of your 1st finger
