that isn't keif... hope you didn't pay much for it since if you did, i'd think that you got hosed.

 

Don't make two batches, just go for one. Strong is the only way togo with butter IMHO

The amount of Pot thats going into your recipes is limited by the recipe itself, so inceasing the strength of a batch compared to your last isn't as simple as adding a couple of extra spoonfulls of butter; you may not end up with cookies but some pastry that doesnt cook properly (some reciepes it would completely fuck up, like cheese souffle)

If you make super strong butter then you can control the strength of your edibles with "portion control" instead; Either by making smaller cookies, or telling friends that they can only have "half a slice/one piece" etc, becuase its "nuclear stength", and that allways sounds rad.
You will of course have to be carefull testing the first batch

You only have two options for those stems; weave a bird nest, or make oil through an extraction process (like BHO), but you'd need massive collection to make any usuable amount of errl (it's easier with Buds, half an oz etc).
It's quite a technical and difficult process making oil properly (purging etc) and in order to make a safe product, while being safe making it, you need todo alot of research.
If your intent on collecting them then there should be plenty of time to research the different methods .

I think the first pic is of the shake not kief, and the second pic has stems on the left, then keif (the golden container) and then the shake on the right.
It doesnt look very "shaky' though, far too green. Usually there'd be alot more pistils in the mix (unless it was from some really untrimmed bud, that didn't have pistils? .)

 

I agree it doesn't look like keif, but rather finely ground herb.
The thing to keep in mind with edibles is that the higher quality herb or keif you have the less amount of butter or oil you will need to ingest before you hit the roof .

Sometimes if you add maybe a quarter of kush or high-grade to maybe 1/2 - 3/4 cup of butter or oil, a table spoon would get you murdered . Depending on your tolerance to edibles of course.

 

Ill put up to 28g in 1 batch ot brownies just because so ur fine.
