2week old plant.. is this mites?

it doesn't look like a mite to me. did it move?

Looks almost like salt or another mineral.

doesn't look like to me. i've had mites... spotted them too late, thought the plant was ill due to too much nutes or something like that, and thought the small dots on the underside of my leaves were soil, till i looked at them under a magnifier long enough to see them move. man, the little shits made me jump!

i used some organic spray another time which did the trick, but you cant leave it too late.
