I bought my bulbs online today, very nearly bought these http://www.amazon.co.uk/250w-Blue-6400k-2700k-grow/dp/B004M3HY4G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1391029098&sr=8-1&keywords=Cfl+250w+blue. As i guessed bigger is better, only need one bulb. Then after reading more on here i thought i would stick to multiple lower wattage, so got 4 x 42w blue, and 4x42w red. Im doing a perpetual micro SOG, photos will follow
