Hey I'm new to this site and found this post, I was just curious if it matters what kind of glass is used for this. I was planning to make a bong out of a heating flask from my high school chemistry class because they were getting new equipment and my teacher was giving stuff away and was just hoping if I used your method it wouldn't break the glass.
After seeing this, I'm going to go around asking my neighbors if they have any of the supplies needed, I've been saving this bottle forever just for this.
