What stores can you buy good 250w or 400w hps at.. I would buy from insidesun.com but I dont wanna buy online just incase they track it or something, so where would be the best place offline to buy them from?
If you dont want to buy online, you really only have one other option. Check your local area hydroponic stores. They will have lights. Just pay st8 cash. or you could always get a friend to order it for you...
