Hi i was wondering if a 250 watt mh/hps lighting system and 2 42 watt (150 watt equivalent) cfls would let me grow my plants and flower a bit taller than just with the 250 watt mh/hps alone...
You're best bet would be to use the cfl's down low for supplemental lighting to the lower budsites that aren't getting as much light IMO.
yea im sorry i didnt put that....but thats exactly what i meant....the cfls on the lower leaves......
i dont think 46 watt of cfl will affect the size of the plants much, they might however keep leaves healthier and promote smaller internodes (if using 5000-6500k)
