I am currently underway in building my homemade grow box. And have planned out everything that I will do except for a few things I need help with along the way. The Basics: -I will be growing 5 feminized BlackJack from Nirvana, and expecting 3-4 to sprout after germination. -The grow box will be 4'L x 2'W x ?'H (Asking you experience growers out there what you think the best height would be for my grow box) -I will be using a 400W HPS/MH grow light (Found one for cheap from a previous owner) -There will be mylar around the walls and cieling of the box. Specifics: -I already have 3 nutes for my plants that I have used in a previous grow. Fox Farm: Grow Big, Big Bloom & Tiger Bloom. View attachment 225556 I will follow their directions and use a 1/4-1/2 portion of what they say to put in for weeks 2-4 (I was told not to nute the small sprouts in the first two weeks, is this correct?) -I really want to do a hydroponic grow but I am not sure if it is worth building a whole hydroponic system myself and I do not want to spend the money on an expensive prefabricated one. (Any ideas??) -For ventalation I will be using this homemade carbon filter with a 60CFM: Easy to Build DIY Carbon Filter - Marijuana Growing Anything I am missing/any of the questions i asked would really helpful as to not fuck up this grow.
