well, down in mckeesport a truck with 200 pounds of bud in it was busted, and now there is absolutely no weed in mckeesport, lucky for me i cant smoke, nor do i live in mckeesport, but i see one hell of an oppurtunity there baby haha
I heard about that. My man told me that he was gonna be going out there with a bunch of his "friends" sometime this coming weekend to check it out. I bought my first piece in mckeesport too :-(
All the dealers are going to be shooting up their prices now.. Good oppurtunity for you to take the weed you have and sell it at a higher, BUT REASONABLE price. You'll nail through the competition in no time. Entreprenourship is amazing, you just have to know your way through the system.
I don't think a 200 pound pot bust is going to affect the weed economy around there much...jmo. I don't think drug busts really even play a factor in deterring the sale of drugs, they are so minimal in comparison to the bigger picture...If anything they only help fuel the black market by increasing the risk involved, which leads to higher demand, and thus raising the cost of drugs, to the user, which is completely ineffectual and shitty for everyone...The black market is awful, and prohibition is the cause of it all...and neg's got the idea basically, though. Think about that...Isn't that awful. Prohibition is the problem, not the solution...
200 lbs is 1600 8ths. You don't think that will effect a weed economy? at least for a week or 2? sure it will. It's been like that here before. shit that'll go for 40 an 8th under normal circumstances will suddenly cost 50 or 60, until the next shipment makes it's way through in a week, and then all of a sudden, that same 60 bucks will get me an 8th of northern lights. drug busts have a lot to do with the localized weed economy, if only for a short time. But yes, prohibition is the problem.
