Evening all, 2 weeks into flowering on first ever grow, 3 females under flouros and a 400 HPS. buds look to us, bagseed, soil grow but we are in a part of the world with no nutes specifically for this. Anything ''off the shelf'' we can do to help at this stage? I reckon we have about 6 weeks left, sound right? thanks
OK nice job, but maybe its me but it does not seem that bright in there? Your plant looks hella stretched and the buds seem to be more porn or pop corn buds? Looks fine for two weeks but kinda hitting a bump here...maybe some other comments or suggestions. I would say lower light some... Good luck APZ
Great job! I suggest in your next grow that you work on some LSTing. I see you don't have a very bad height restriction at all, so stretching is fine for you. You've just got a lot of 'popcorn' bud. Either way, it's smokable weed that YOU grew! Be proud.
Thanks for the replies guys. Yeah we know it's stretched, we started them off on flouros only, and we hadn't discovered grasscity at that point so we were late to top/fim. the one at the front is the most strectched, the two that are more directly under the HPS are more compact To give you the background we are in a part of the world where we need a proxy server to even access this site so local knowledge is nothing, along with no grow shops... so we have kinda learnt as we went along. The photos do make it seem a little darker than is actually is, taking them into the main HPS i guess has caused that. Would adding another at this stage make a big difference to yield? The fact that it is 'popcorn', will these buds continue to develop? I have read that the last 2 weeks are when the bulk of the bud size shows.. As Makizushi said, height isn't that big a problem, although as and when we can smuggle some more seeds in from abroad we will definitely go down the LST route. Is there anything we can feed them with at this point to help the flowering stage? We have only 'normal' garden centres here, but if I know what I am looking for in terms of ingredients (NPK ratios etc) I can check them. Or perhaps some alternative foods, I have read molasses on here. Thanks again, happy smoking!
is it ok to add nitrogen during flowering.. my plants are light green and yellowing..i am using organic bloom soil drench and I thing I need some more nitrogen... should i use the bloom every 3days when I water?? thanks to any info...
