    Yeah, I'm not real upset about the 6 plant limit. Like you said a few good grows and your set. Ohio is a Republican state and they typically are the ones against all this legal shit.
    The Ohio legislators have had months to address all this. They assumed it would not pass obviously so for now they scramble to keep face with their constituents who are against legalization. This issue didn't pass overwhelmingly in the polls. Blacks, Hispanic, and women dominated the polls in favor of the issue. Most middle age and older white folks voted against it. I'm just thankful we got a good turnout and result.
    All in all I'm satisfied. I have more freedom and less worry.

    So how does Colorado police this 6 plant limit? Curious?

    Funny you mentioned that. I was just talking with the wife the other day about that. I can see that senerio playing out in the future here.

    I approached this grow just as I would 20 yrs ago. Filters and all. This paranoia though. I need that to go away..lol.

    Yesterday I took the day off and spent it with the wife. I took a spoonful of green butter I made with some dispensary weed. Got way to high. I got in this lane where all I could think about was the grow I have going. Had to stop and convince myself numerous times...it's okay..your legal now. It's okay..lol. Hard to break old habits of worry.

    Yes for now you can have 12 plants and 6 in flower until the house votes to do what they want and they want to keep it the way the people voted on it.
    I have grown pounds in the last two years in my basement but only let one person or two have it.
    I got 5 seeds sprouting now if they all come up I will put 4 of them in organic soil, and the other one will be in coco.
    It is a strain I call Jedi deathstar took me over a year to get my S-1 seed.
    The deathstar came from Ohio and is a very big potent bud.
    Should have my journal going shortly.

    I wonder if they could just grandfather me in with twelve since I'm already there... legally. I dunno. I'm bad at math unless it comes in ml or grams.

    My biggest question is...how they plan on policing those numbers?

    The slime comes from dead and dying roots. If res temps stay to high it happens. I'll run it with a water chiller next time.

    Basically they are not, But if found subsequently while there for something else??? Not a lawyer.

    If you are in compliance you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. As with any alleged crime:

    Someone needs to make a complaint of the nuisance you might be causing.

    Cops must gather evidence if any. In most cases they will not find any evidence of plant count excesses because they will need warrants to gather that information.

    In my state the neighbor problems are rooted in the offensive smell and the noise of the exhaust equipment. If confirmed by a cop they can pursue a search warrant. The noise and smell are addressed by other local nuisance laws. If they enter with a warrant and discover you are in compliance your good, but have reason to file a complaint. If you have a few more plants than allowed you will be fined for the number of excess plants and the extra plants are confiscated. The don’t turn you over to the Feds.
    So, its important to understand what the plant limits are in your state. Go to the NORML website for your state and read what your new freedom and limits are.

    Remember this, you are going to become accustomed to the new law. The people working for the “Authority” must learn and become accustomed to the new law also. It will take a little time for both sides to get in compliance.

    I made this meme the other day. I had made some canna butter and to sample it I swallowed a tbsp of butter n chased it with some chocolate.

    Three hours later I'm mesmerized by this scene in the corner. Our elf can be found anywhere in the house. We randomly hide him. If ya find him..it's your turn to hide him.. occasionally you'll see him appear in my threads...lol. So let's start the initial

    We're making canna chocolate chip cookies today. Half cup of loaded butter in the mix makes them pretty potent.
    Swallowing butter isn't for everyone. It can test your gag reflex to the max. It usually hits pretty fast doing it that way...potency check.
    I make pills with decarb sometimes. I like it but burping that decarb taste isn't very pleasurable.

    Automatic Strains Update

    Time to water the Devils tonight. They are coming along. I wish I would have put more medium in their pots. Kinda settled on me.

    Oldest plant in this group is 21days, Other three are 17, and 15days.
    Lite nutrients tonight TPS One, CalMag, silica, pH down to 5.6.
    Nothing fancy or eventful but I bet I see flowers soon.

    The 4 Mixed bag beans from Fastbuds are up and growing. They appear to be doing fine. It'll be nice to have these ready just a few weeks or so after the Devils. They have no needs at the moment. Pots are still a bit heavy.

    Feminized update

    30days today

    They have survived the transplant from hydro to peat. Looking more perky now. Won't be long before I can throw in the screen.

    Added a few more ft of grow space. Won a nice mini greenhouse and t5 strip grow lamps to mount inside. $19 So far ola is helping me build my grow space for less cost than retail.     Also won a nice 16" oscillating wall mount fan for $15. This thing moves big air. Won't need another fan in the big tent.
