2 questions about makeshift smoking devices

Papers:

I use tracing paper when im out of skins. seal it with either jelly or honey. twist the end WELL.



soda can:

don't do it. just make a steamroller with a socket wrench bit, and a paper towel roll. or just make a bong. whatever works.

 

I use bible papers when I'm out of zig zags. Works well, use some of the empty pages from the back. To make it stick, rip the edge of the side you want to stick, you'll see a bit some fluffy stuff at the edge, it'll stick well when it dries. Roll it up, lick the side, and just in case, I run a lighter up and down the sticking part, keeps it together nicely. You can use the inky pages, but I wouldn't reccomend it, smoking ink isn't very good for you.

Oh, and smoking from a soda can = bad idea. Never use aluminum while you smoke. If you need a quick and easy macgyver bong, just make a waterfall bong out of a bottle. You just need two holes and a bowl.

The waterfall bong works by lighting the bowl, letting go of your finger, letting the water escape and pull the smoke into the bottle. I use the bowl from an old pipe, never use aluminum. But seeing as you probably don't have a pipe, you'll have to macgyver that too.

You can make a bowl from the metal piece at the front of more expensive pens. My friend made a pretty small bowl out of the metal needle from a basketball pump. My first improv bowl was from the metal shield around the jack of a guitar cable, so if you play any instrument, check your broken wires for the metal shielding, saw it in half and you got a bowl. You can also make a screen out of the metal screen inside an iPod headset, or pop one out of a faucet. If you don't want to take one from home, public bathrooms or school bathrooms can spare one screen Just run it under a lighter to kill germs and pop it in.

But if your only going to do it once, I guess *shudders* you can use an aluminum foil bowl. Only do it if you really, really have to

 

tracing paper is alot like bible paper. you use it to trace things. its like very thin printer paper.

 

Those little orange mass produced bibles are the right size and a pretty decent type of paper to use. I know that in the town I grew up, you could pretty much walk into any Baptist church and there would be a box by the door for handing out.

 

Not to trying to be a downer or anything but u can get zigzags at any gas station for like $2
deffinatley better than any other method in my opinion. U can destroy something of value or go buy papers

 

i made a mini bong out of an empty (and thouroghly washed) axe can and a metal lazer pointer head as a bowl. i haven hit it up yet. thats for tomorrow

 

anything with ink on it will fuck your lung so stay away from that. soda can isnt terrible if its a one time thing.

Soda can is usually fine, the aluminum won't burn but the paint might, just don't use it too often.

As for make shift papers, get some gum, take the gum wrapper, peel off all the tinfoil and then use the rice paper as a joint paper.

Or ya know, you could go buy a pack of joints for a buck at the gas station...

 

People who don't say aluminum foil are clearly uneducated. Tin foil has an extremely high combustion temperature and therefore you are completely safe in that regard. No chemicals, it's perfect for a makeshift. But with soda cans, they are coated with different shit to preserve the soda which do combust (unlike tin foil), which is where people get the big "Dont smoke outta soda cans."
