So two questions... First, what could be the possible reasons for it being so relativley tall with such small leaves? Its about 1.5 inches with leaves that are less then 1cm (pics below) Any advice would be much appreciated. Second, how big do the leaves or plant have to be before you can try and clone them succesfully, and without damaging the plant?
Streaching in seedlings is from lack of light. The are 'searching' for light. Get stronger lights or put your lights closer. You need a min of 50 watts per square foot. Keep lights on 24/7 for atleast two weeks. Edit: Forgot other question. You can clone your plant(s) at around two months of age.
