i have two 600w hps ballasts with 2 hps bulbs and 1 mh conversion bulb is it better to use both hps for flower or 1 and 1 prolly stupid question lol ps. is it overkill that im using 1 600w hps and 1 600w mh and 1 45w LED even if temp/hum is stable? LOLOLOLOL my tent is 59x59x78 and 6 plants
You can use both MH and HPS... The MH will promote more stretching.. I would go with all HPS in flowering if I had a choice... The only stupid question I know of, is a question not asked... Not an over kill at all... Suggested watts per sq ft. is 50W All the good SCROG grows use between 75-100W per sq ft... If you can maintain the temp, then that would be fine, and you will get tighter buds increasing your yield...
I would prolly go with 2 600w hps , then for the last week of flowering switch to the MH/HPS combo for extra frostiness.
