2.5 Weeks Flowering - Can't tell if hermie or just slow to bud?

    Hey all,

    First REAL grow - everything for the most part has gone well - topped / did some training early on and got a nice bushy lady in my tent.

    I've been flowering for about 2.5 weeks and wanted to see what everyone thought:

    - Does it look like this could be a hermie or just slow to start to bud? I feel like I should start seeing buds by now but maybe this strain is slow to bud? Lots of pistils...
    - I know there is some nute burn - could this also be the reason for the leaves curling? I'm always fighting the PH of my water....

    i can see the pictures on my side. whatever device you are on should show the pictures.
