2 1/2 weeks in... Any suggestions?

  1. We are two and a half weeks in. She is about 4-5 inches tall and has 10 leaves and has sprouted the starts of 11-14. The yellowish color i was worried about is dissapearing at a good pace. Not so worried anymore. She is a little tilted to the left but the stem is strong and it is only a little tilted at the top towards the leaves. The rest of the stem is straight. The stem is growing thicker from the top to bottom is about 1 1/2 to 2 times the size of the bottom stem. I know its still early but im looking for any help or suggestions because this is my first time. Also, we started with sensigrow around two weeks but have only watered with it twice. I know you arent supposed to feed her until around 3-4 weeks but it hasnt seemed to hurt her. In fact it seemed to help some. The plant had a yellowish color in new leaves until it was waterd with the sensigrow. It may be a coincidence but im not sure. So any assistance would be appreciated.

  2. i would stop the nutrients NOW, people dont tell you not to so your plants will die, just because you havnt seen the ill effects now doesnt mean you wont later.

it looks like the lights arent strong enough to me, cause its a bit small for 2 and a half weeks.

what kinda soil are you using? if its Miracle Grow then go to a garden supply store and get new stuff, cause you will have a hard time finishing this plant.

if i were you i would fill another inch or so of the pot with soil to strengthen the stem.

also if you dont have a fan blowing on it, you will want one, having a fan blowing will strenghten the stem up nicely and provide a nice fat base for you.

also when asking this type of question, use new paragraphs to separate thoughts. stoners dont like to have to decipher your posts to help you out.

also when asking for help, provide all the things you are using. soil, lights, watering schedule, temps, pH, all the things you have done.

  3. Ya, you are being a little aggresive. If you change the soil and cut off the nutrients, it will grow better. Just be patient and you'll be rewarded :bongin:

Newbies tend to be too aggressive. I over did it my first couple of times because I was excited, but once I eased up, it was sweeeet:smoking:

Look on the bright side...your seed is growing:yay:
