These are the ladies one week in. Running them at about 78 degrees. 47% humidity. I am starting to see roots coming out of the bottom of my cups so I need to transplant them tomorrow. Let me know what you think.
They look nice and healthy. But you need to trans plant, if not your final bucket then something a little bigger
Some of my best plants I have grown I got this way. What are you using for lights? Good Luck with your grow and keep us posted, We'll be watching for updates
That's the news I like to hear . For veg I am using two T5's. Fixing to get a couple Alaskan Thunder Fuck clones this weekend. I'll have those two in the pictures and then two ATF's. As far as flowering goes, I'll be using a 250W HPS. Nothing fancy but should do the trick (PS. can't wait to fire of the two thousands in the closet . ) I'm in an apartment. So the trick will be to keep my closet ventilated and fresh air in because I can't cut holes in the walls. I'll make it work though.
Looking good so far, from what I can tell. They are not ready for transplanting yet. One thing I learned when I first started growing is to not believe people when they say you need to transplant when you start seeing roots come out the bottom. They will still have plenty of room in there, I'd give them at least another 5-7 days in those cups. It's much easier to transplant when it's made a solid rootball.
Cool. Thanks for heads up. ill probably just put the red cups into a jar and let the roots dangle out the bottom. what do you think?
Nah, don't even try it, keep the roots in the medium (if they would even continue to grow outside the cups anyway). The roots redirect themselves inside the cup and fill the empty spaces. What's the point in having all that soil if you don't let the plant use it?
Im like new.. So I have no idea dudes... but its pretty big for a week. mine are about a week old after germination. and they are still tiny Also how can you tell they are from seeds?
Was going to wait till the end of week but one of the plants has a little leaves around edge. Shown in pictures. Other than that, coming along beautifully.
