Hi Guys me names Arthur , Just finished my grow Room and will Post pics soon , Im growing using good old NFT and just got my first plant in It looks all sad and lonely in its 6ft NFT tray , my grow room is 7ft long * 4ft wide and 7ft High . ( Loft Job ) Im only gonna grow two plants for personal , But it still took two weeks to construct , and im well chuffed with it ..... any way questions 1. Got my first plant in under a 125w Envirolight , Whats the distance i should have it at from the plant , ?? 2. When and how big does the plant need to be before i can Start it on a 400W HD ?? tHANKS in advance for any help guys
