I Have A Decent Grow Room Its A 4ft By 7ft With An 8 Ft Ceiling I Am Using A 70 watt High Pressure Sodium Which Is Bolted Into The Wall I Have The Plants Sitting Aproximately 3and a half Ft from The Light 1 Plant Is days Older Than The Other2 ANd Stands About 10 Inches Tall When Would Be A Good Time To Determine There Sex And Can Miracle Grow Be Used To Help Get Them Bigger Thnxs The Ringer
A 70 watt HPS 3.5 feet from the plants ? A 5 watt, 2 dollar CFL close to the plants has more power I bet. Like the other dude said, you need to move the HPS much closer, or move the plants closer to the HPS, if the HPS is mounted. A 70 watt HPS 3.5 feet away is pathetically weak in regards to lumens hitting your plants. It's just a waste.
