1st time grower ?? My plant is starting to flower

    Please help! I'm a first-time grower and my plant is starting to flower but not sure if these are Hermes or males can somebody help me?

    MALE, DUDE.
    As soon as you see pollen, or pollen sacks in general. You have a male/hermie on your hands, brother. Cut that sucker down before he pollinates all your crop.. put a trash bag over before you clip though.. don’t want any pollen airborne ..

    Try and catch them a bit sooner next time. :) Like said Carefully bag and remove ASAP.
    Mist, spray down everything in reach if possible. Water will neutralize any remaining pollen As near fully developed as he is he's been putting out pollen for a while I'd guess.
