Ive never had a indoor grow. I spent about 2k on getting started, I bought mostly top shelf stuff from my research. Keeping ph between 6.5-7 Temps high of 84 love of 69 Humidity 35-45% 18 on 6 off KIND LED K3 600 watt full spectrum 2x4x6 Hydrobuilder tent large inline fan with charco filter 1- 6 inch fan 1-12 inch fan This is the basics I have in the tent at this moment I'm using organic soil and added worm casings, perlite and a little lime. I'm using a PH meter for water and soil Just gave first nut feeding yester day of Fox Farms at 1/4 strength Check out my pics and drop and thoughts, advice etc. Also curious what others do for watering?? How much and how often? Thanks in advance for any help
I start my soil grows in solo cups Drop your ph to 5.8 Your grow is really going to be boring for the first 2 weeks. It looks good though for a seedling. I wouldn't use nutes until it's older though
Thanks! The reason I started right into 5 gallon is everything I've read said autos do not like to be transplanted. IS this not true in your experience?
To be honest bro, I stay the fuck away from autos because I've heard their yield is meh compared to regular seeds. But that's just what I heard. Anyways the plant does go into a light stress when you transplant but it's not really difficult. Starting in a 5 gallon pot isn't a bad thing it'll just slow the plants top growth because it'll be mostly roots. gimme a sec and I'll take a pic of my future crop
Yea man these were germinated on the 7th (seed to water) Smaller root space = they use more of their energy to travel up Sent from my iPad using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Everything ive read autos have low yields for newbies like myself. But the reason I ve started with them is I red a lot about they are more forgiving and good to learn on. I also have 2 feminized non autos for a total of 5 . We will see how it turns out
Hell ya man I wish you the best of luck with your crop. Just remember the height because I made the mistake of flowering my plants at 2 feet tall and ran out of ceiling in my tent. Had to convert an entire room into a flowering room. Sent from my iPad using Grasscity Forum mobile app
