Get a bigger pot, would say its ready for its permanent home. If you don't move soon you'll get root bound and slow growth. What nutes are you using.

 

start nutes from 21days @1/4 strength 6liter pot or 1.5uk gal should be fine if its nit auto you can flip it at 1/3 total hight you want. also you can lst which will bring height down by manipulating tge branches to go wider. research LST

- Get rid of miracle grow ASAP, it will kill your plants.
- You can order nutes online. I recommend Amazon.
 
You should think about adding more wattage too as you're on the real low end. It might be enough now but mid flowering is when the plant gets huge and will require more light.
