Hey guys this is my first time growing indoors so here it goes. My setup 4x4x7 tent Air cooled hood 600w ace ballast 600w hortilux blue mh 600w hortilux super hps 6" 420cfm inline fan 6" 465 cfm charcoil filter 9" wind devil fan 6" fresh air intake Dehumidifyer 5 - 3gal smart pots Promix bx soil And ditch nuits a&b 2 part veg And a&b 2 part bloom Drops ph tester Germination I put my seeds in a glass of room temp water for roughly 18 hrs, from there they went into a moist paper towel for about 15 hrs 4 popped the 5th didnt but i like to get my tap roots about 3/4" before putting into the dirt so i let it sit there for another 10 hrs, by then the 5th took off but is now 14 hrs behind. So that brings me up to today. I pre soaked my soil and placed my smart pots in the tent for 24 hrs with the lights sitting 20" from pots to evap some water and warm up my soil, took my 4 seeds and placed them root down in my pots this morning aboit 11:30 am. The 5th should be good to go either tonight around midnight or early tomorrow morning. If all goes to plan. Oh and i ph my water to around 6.0-6.5. Temps are sitting about 25deg c RH about 60% during the day and night time is about 22 deg c RH about 58% Well thats about it for now. please if you have anything to add i can use all the advice i can Snarf420

Well since the are autos the should get about 3-4 ft tall also i will be soi g some small LST to them keeping them down a bit that way i can get more light to the hidded branches when it comes time. And yes when it is time the filter will be hooked to the light cleaning the air before exhusted out
Sounds good. I'll be along for the ride. I'm just flowering my first grow and thinking of trying a couple autos next.
Ok im back. Had a bit of a hiccup, when i got home last night turns out my pump in my well blew so i had to take the down the garden and move the ladies to a friends place till this is fixed.
well now that my pump is fixed we are all good now. Got the garden all set up again and waiting for my ladies to get home.... A few hrs later... My ladies are home now and all snuggled up in there bed. But wait, whats that??? I am proud to announce that i im a proud papa of 5 baby girls all looking great and healthy, they arrived sometime overnight and enjoying their new home... Agian lol Also i forgot to mention that i am using the TV1 fan and temp controller

Ok so my lights are 16" from the top of my plants and im running at 50% power to my light. What in everyones opinion is the best lighting time for autos? I was going to do 18/6 but someone just told me that 20/4 is much better? Thoughts.... Also another suggestion was to put a 1" lair of sand on top of my soil to help prevent bugs laying eggs in the soil as its hard for them to get down there and if the do even harder to get up. Lets hear what you all have to say? Any thoughts would be great
Well here we are day 2 of growth. Its hard not to look at them haha. Since i pre soaked my pots the wont need water for about a week. Maybe 5 days pots were good and moist. So not much to report but i did take some more pics. We all like those. Lights are still roughly 16" from tops temps are wont go any higher then 25.5 deg in the day and rh at 74% night drops to 21.5 but rh went to 94% maybe put the dehumidify back it to keep it steady around 65-70. Any thoughts? And my wind devil is breazing them gently as well. Cant wait to watch them take off. Side note. When should the nuits start? I was thinking maybe at 2 and a half weeks maybe 3. And nuits will be introduced at 1/4 strenght. Possible adding some black strap molasis to just water days inbetween nuits. Let me know would appriciate and critisum good and bad. Cheers
Looking good. I don't give mine any nutrients till there around 2 weeks or more depending on the soil. Hardest part when there young is resisting the temptation to over water and over feed. The first couple of weeks there growing roots and you don't see much growth on the top side and it can make you think the need something but there just doing there thing in the dirt. Thanks for stopping in. Ya there not doing much. See a little growth up top. But they are growing only on day 3 of growth above dirt. Is there anything i can give to boost the root growth?
Also i dropped my lights to 13" from 16 temps remain the same going no higher then 24 deg. Rh sitting about 73% at day. And night temp is 19 and RH 93%
Ok so i got a few more pics. Looking good so far There about an inch and a half tall. Possible 2" what you all think.
