i am chopping a plant tonight (as it hasnt produced much in a while and taking from it sister in the same flood tank... heres my plans on harvesting/curing.... any an all criticism is much abliged! i am going to use a 2'x1.5' cardboard box to hang dry in.. plan on puttin a dark blanket over the open top of box as to stop any light.. will have a small 4 inch fan in the bottom for air circulation..(not pointing directly at the buds... i plan on hanging in box for 2 days.. then place in paper bag for 2 days.. then another day or 2 of hanging in box.. then 1or 2 more days of bag curing... after that i plan on placing in an airtite glass jar for a week or 2..(burping twice a day for 5 minutes) does this sound like a good method?? also have heard to put in freezer.... but in all my logic searching cant think how itld be beneficial... as if the lil moisture thats in the buds cant redistribute if its frozen... right? anyways thanks for ur comments, critisms, and help!
Ive always dried my bud using a cabinent in my kitchen lol...so i cant really speak on the towel method over the cardboard box... But its not a smart idea to put weed in the freezer...keeping it in the fridge will keep its moisture and keep it fresh But i only do that after i completely dry and cure my stash good luck, can we get some pics of the harvest??
