So, I was fortunate enough a few months back to have in my possession a few pounds of a purple strain from a vancouver seed bank. I am not sure the exact strain other than the grower told me it was purp and he got the seeds from vancouver! HE grew a high yield of bud indoors and out of the few pounds i got, I was able to recover 1 seed. I germinated and it grew! Not knowing what i was doing i planted it in miracle grow soil. I read an online guide and grew it with one flourescent light! After many trial and errors and about 3 months of time and patience.The plant is currently at 25 inches in heighth The pictures you see are a result of all these circumstances, it is indeed female, and I added some more CFL lights, This plant has been on a 12/12 light cycle for 10days now! Tell me what you think people! Am i doing o.k.? ITs budding, I know my yield wont be great, but after this run, I have a new passion, My next grow will be using the bubble bucket method with some feminized seeds! at any rate.. the results of my first grow so far are pictured below. looking good! i can't tell how close those 4' tubes in the back are but you're prob. wasting elec. there. those need to be really close. good for you! i keep reading how you can't grow in pre-ferted soils. i'm about to post a thread on just this subject. keep us posted....
looks like your doing really good. Im on my frist grow too, but im not as far as u. just 2 weeks into veg. I have 5 plants right now...just waiting for them to show sex. toomo i will post new pics. u should have a decent amount of bud for urself by the time ur girl is all grown up. ur set up looks pretty good for a frist grow. keep up ur great work im drunk
