Hey everyone. Ok so this is my first grow, i have a concrete cellarin which i will be running a 1000 600 and a 400. Now my basement is VERY humid, its been steadily in the low 70%s. Now i know that the lights will take care of this durring the on period. Butt will a simple heater be enough durring light off periods to keep the humidity down. Or willthe i needhave to runthe dehumidifiers. Room size 7x5x6 with fresh air duct intake w fan and fan driven exhaust to outside. I know this is trial and error on my part but i was hoping for any suggestions Thanks guys i just wana make sure i handle this the correct way
Use a dehumidifier. I got one on craigslist for $40. You can even get ones now with digital controls so it will turn on only when the humidity gets too high. A cheap one will work just as well though!
