Looks good man, just remember keep the CFL 3 or 4 inches away and have it all well ventilated as cfls will heat up fast, other than that everything looks good.

Malsauce jiffy seed starter is good for starting your seeds just remember try to get nutes for your plants at about 3 or 4 weeks and try to use rapid root nutes so the plants get a good root system. I have 10-52-10 rapid rooting solution.
