I have some regular good friends, but I mean I would like a girlfriend maybe, I mean like I cant hang out with my guy friends 24-7 because that would be just borderline gay, but with a girl it would be nice. Life could be alot worse man. Trust me, you're not going to be the 40 year old virgin. Eh, being told I'm pretty isn't the best thing you can say to me. It makes me think that the guy THINKS this is the most important thing I could ever hear- thus assuming I'm vain. I don't really like that. I'd prefer if a guy to act like he was interested in me instead of just saying it. If you are putting out an effort to talk to me and we have good report and you're genuine (not nice or mean, just real) and not trying to prove anything through your actions then this is very attractive. Try and discover what YOU are about- explore what your opinions and interests are and maybe develop new ones & broaden yourself. When you know yourself this might project itself in your social habits.
