19 - 5. To 12 - 12?

    So I have my girls on a 19-5 cycle , can I just drop it Down to my 12/12 room or should I do like 14/10 for a week or 2 and then 12/12,11/13? I had to jam everything together so my veg room is supporting my mothers at the time ! Let me know what you guys think ?

    not sure why but some ppl gradually put it into flower. or you can just throw it in a room that's 12/12 im pretty sure. that's what i've always done

    Just go straight to 12/12. Just add 7 hours to dark period you already have. That's my opinion.

    No need to transition, just flip to 12/12.
