18%thc+ strains

Discussion in 'Marijuana Seeds Banks' started by optimalchoice, Feb 9, 2011.

  1. out of all the strains in this list. can any one of them be found in a legitimate seed bank? with real verified genetics? i know of course we can find them in many seed banks because there are so many and some of them are fake. but if there is one that you know that carries one of these strains and you are 100% sure that it is real please state it. thank you very much.

If you know ANY LEGITIMATE SEED BANK that has one of these strains in seed form. pleaseeeeeeee let me know. thank you.

most likely these are grow dependent thc values.. in order to get these results u need an expensive gastrometer testing device and it's far from accurate since it was not designed for cannabis

.that being said, i've smoked a lot of those strains and wouldn't classify some of them as being the most potent even with those thc levels because, the high comes from the difference in values of thc and cbd and the middle is the area you've got left to get high from. source: Differential effects of THC- or CBD-rich cannabis ... [Neuropharmacology. 2004] - PubMed result and 20 other documents backing this up.

visa did some good work pointing you in the right direction.

my recommendations for high thc strains with that incredible feeling on ur brain that your very stoned...

mr nice black widow, medicine man
    serious seeds white russian

are the ones off the top of my head atm

grandaddy purp has to be some of the most narcotic weed I've ever smoked.. but I've never found a worthy version of it in seedform.

the strains i didnt feel were that high THC when I smoked them in amsterdam were..
casey jones, blue dream, purple cinderella

maybe not those particular ones, but there's still:
heroana (most potent in the world?)
    ak47
    kali mist
    blueberry
    afghani
    G13 crosses
    white widow
    haze

    &
    many more

sheer potency is a lame criterion to judge bud by. i'll take time warped average run of the mill 1980s mexican brick over that piece of shit throw it on the wall & it sticks, but can't do shit except put your ass to sleep with one hit fucking indicrap i tried this summer every fucking time because the QUALITY of the high is so much better.

i'll put tiny ass bristle columbian gold up against any white strain you can throw down for potency. 5 straight one hitters of that shit will have you seeing shit & praying for death! LOL

that is why EVERYTHING on the streets sucks. everyone keeps seeking the same misguided goals with zero regard for QUALITY.

    it's like a broken record:
    potent-sticky-stinky-yield-potent-sticky-stinky-yield-potent-sticky-stinky-yield-potent-sticky-stinky-yield

and the answer always comes up indicrap.

sorry, getting tired isn't jusrt NOT FUN, it's fucking annoying when you're a 1%er that actually knows what the fuck getting high is.

try some nice mellow 8 miles high and i DARE you to say you aren't having a shitload of fun on it and would rather be out doing something more fun than still reading this rant.
    LOL

once you try THAT "not so sticky, skunky, high yielding & potent" side of the coin, potency just becomes a nice bonus because you start out having fun and just keep coasting. too much potency is a bad thing when you get rid of those stony fucking canniboids.

columbian gold beats the shit out and takes a dump on EVERYTHING else i've ever smoked except some recent hazes and i'd still take it over neville's for it's stronger visuals, but you have to respect that shit because too much THC will bite you hard and want to sleep it off ASAP.

8 miles high isn't that high strung and total fun. it clears up all of the clutter & cobwebs indicrap pollutes your system with and just leaves you feeling happy with WHATEVER it is you're doing.

fuck quantity... i'm stickin' with quality every time. look at you... whose the cute little sativa? yes you are! yes you are!
    LOL

all i can do is point you to the road less traveled

i'm about to hit some more i'm not sure what that's a little stoney, but not sedative that has some nice sativa motivation i'd sy is better than everything on the indica side of 75% sativa skunk #1 for the past 25 years except for troublemaker which is the only indica i respect

  5. LSD from Barney's is 24% :smoke:

  6. The majority of your list I would pick up in clone form if you have access. Clone's hold a distinct advantage over seed, you know what you are getting. Of those genetics listed, up until about 12 months ago many of those strains were clone only. Tells you something.

If you want to get a specific representation of a strain, go with a clone. If for whatever reason you are listing clones, but not able to obtain them, but still want quality smoke pokernaut listed some really potent strains. With a little more homework you can find a ton of information about pokernauts' listed strains and others that are just as potent/high quality as what you listed, if not better.

  7. i donno..

i'd trust a pack of seeds directly from the breeder, over a clone from a club in cali... those clones could be anything.

(side note) isn't cali connection the breeder who mixed autoflowers in with his gear?

  8. I was speaking more to the reputable distributors of clones vs finding specific plants in a breeder pack of seeds. Myself, I am with you, seeds from a breeder. Better quality plants, no contamination problems, selecting pheno's that suit you... But if you are specifically looking for some of these named strains, going through reputable collectives hopefully will get OP what he/she is looking for. If yah pick up BlueDream and love the smoke, then you really want to grow in hopes of getting the same smoke, seems logical to pick up a clone instead of a couple Riot packs in hopes of finding a similar smoke. I mean, half of the clones listed are through HarborSide... couldn't think of many places more professional and reputable. My very shiny 2c.

And I have heard and read the same thing about cali connection, something about one of his seed producers and blah blah blah. But that was a while back, heard there was a recent recall of his gear.

  9. when seed banks put the amount of thc down it makes me laugh because it really doesnt mean shit. ive smoked dutch passion cali orange the other day and it put alot of other strains that claim to have 24% thc to fuckin shame.....in terms of potency too......i really like to stress to people to pick strains from good breeders who breed great genetics aka mr nice seeds....mandala....and so on based on their preferences. also depends on how its grown of course.

  10. gotchya man.. i misunderstood.

and yeah harborside rocks! I'm from the east coast.. but have been to harborside in OAK a couple times...
best and most legit chemdog i've gotten from a club.

and yeah i think CC tried to make that whole mess right.. but that's a pretty huge mistake to make as a breeder.. i mean wtf? lol

  11. No sweat man, I wasn't really clear the first go around. Re-reading, I wasn't as clear as I should have been the first time :smoke:

CC... what is probably the worst part of that whole situation is how new that company is. First batch of seeds to release under your companies new name.... and yikes! Rough start, but that is how the cookie crumbles in the business world... if you leave room for it to go wrong, good chance it will :(
