    If I asked someone for a light then they wanted a hit I'd say no it's cheeky to ask when all you contribute is a lighter...

    Drugs cost money alot more then a 50p lighter lol

    If I was in a pinch and needed to smoke at a concert or something and didnt have a lighter, I would probably offer the joint to the person after lighting it, I would probably just wait for them to ask personally.
