    My area lol.

    I have two of those in 200watts tho... there E40 Fitment and fit any Reflector hood with a MH/HPS Fitment (E40)

    Get both spectrums (red & Blue) blue for veg, red for growth.

    They work really well and you can hold the bulb while on thats how cool/warm it is (only just tho it is still warm :D)

    Position them about an inch and half from the plant and boom, lots of growth.

    Oh and any bought reflector hood comes with a plug (The ones at 35 quid)

    Actually having looked at the specs its a E26 fitment, they are not the ones i have sorry :( buy an Envirolite off FleeBay £35 with a reflector hood and plug (approx $80 US Equiv)

    E26 fittings are your normal house sockets bro. Any plug you buy from any store should work as long as its not labeled Mogul or Candelabra (sp?)

    If you buy the thing you linked to, just go to the hardware store, to their electrical or lighting aisle, they should have cords that let you custom make light fixtures. Just wire the cord to the wires coming out of that fixture and there you go.

    Find some way to mount that was well.

    right i can get a e40 socket which goes into a plug could i convert the e40 socket to a e26 so i could plug my cfls in. is there anything to do this

    Spend some money and buy a little hps light. Perfect for a 2x2 area and results are shown fast ~peace

    its my 1st grow ive got a 200w envirolite for veg an i want some more cheap cfls for the veg stage and i am gunna buy a 600w hps for bloomin stage its goin to be a constant circuit so i am going to get a harvest every month

    it says that it is a medium base fitting...that means regular ol' light socket right?

    I looked up a HPS bulb of the same wattage. It puts out 14000 lumens where the CFL only puts out 8,000 lumens.

    The HPS bulb also costs less than $8 where the CFL is over $21. Gotta figure out if the cost of having to buy a ballast for the HPS outweighs the apparent advantage that the HPS lamp has.
