i found a 150w hps system for 40$ barely used, is this a good deal, and would it be enough light to grow 1 plant. it put out about 17,000 lumens. it will be in addition to my t5ho fluoros of about 20,000 lumens, which are over 200watts.
Your talking almost 37,000 lumens, Im sure you could have atleast 3 plants maybe 4. I stick to the 10,000 lumens per plant regiment, although I am currently using 47,000 lumens to 8 plants that are not sexed. My end result should be 47,000 lumens to atleast 4 females.
veo thats what i do, ill get 8-10 on my 400w until i can sex em, then theyll change pots and ideally be reduced to 3-4 but if not are fems...etc....ill move em outback. im thinking of getting a 600w. you think i can use em both together, or just stick to the 600w. im be getting a grow tent next week, and 2 inlines to move the air in their.
