I'm thinking of switching from my closet grow to a PC grow instead, due to security issues. The only problem is I am using a 150 watt HPS light. In my closet, temp is 78 consistently, but i've read posts where a 70 watt HPS light in a PC case will get over 100 degrees. Is this true? What can I do to keep the temps at 78?
fans.... the more airflow you have through the pc tower the lower the temp will be.. also you're going to want some sort of airflow going directly over the hps lamp. it'll help keep the heat from the light down
