12-Year-Old Special Ed Student Charged with Disorderly Conduct for Wetting Pants

    DANVILLE, Pa. — A 12-year-old special education student was charged with disorderly conduct after authorities said she deliberately wet her pants at school.

    Her mother told the Press Enterprise of Bloomsburg that the girl urinated only because she was frightened by the principal.

    The girl, whose name was withheld by the newspaper, had worked with her classmates and teachers preparing a holiday lunch at Danville Middle School on Dec. 20. They ate in the library and the girl was told to go to the kitchen to wash some pots and pans, her mother said.

    After she refused to leave the library, teachers summoned principal Kevin Duckwork, who confronted the girl. She then wet her pants.

    Her mother said the girl is terrified by Duckwork and has wet herself during previous confrontations with him. She said her daughter has had disciplinary problems at the school but has never become violent.

    Police Chief Eric Gill said school officials were at "wit's end" with the girl, and that they believe her actions were deliberate. School Superintendent Steve Keifer would not discuss the confrontation, but said that as a general rule the police are called only after "all other alternatives are exhausted."

    Police told the girl's parents they could probably avoid a fine if they agree to have the girl do community service.

    There are so many bull shit laws and police get called on GRADE SCHOOL kids for shit like this. It's so incredibly stupid and a major waste of time.

    Its terrible whats happening to the child. But I hate to say it, its onlythe begining. Soon enough we will start disapearing as if we never existed, Civil disobedience(sp?) will be punished so harshly and quickly free thinking will all but be abolished. We will live in a world Where Horrible things happen, strange things. But every once in a great while, small amazing things may happen too. The thought of the imediate future scares the hell out of me. Free thinking individuals being "erased" for personal beliefs. its terrible.


    Also im on drugs..............lots of drugs and im rather sure that alot of what I just said makes absolutely no sence what so ever.. tough shit, im far to stoned to try erasing it now. Besides I obviously thought it was worth typing at some point in the universe. All I know for sure is that I can hear myself thinking but in a third person. Its like someone is narrating my life, its strange. Although the narration could use work, like james earl jones or even Laurence Fishburn. Instead im stuck with carrot top, what horrible thing did I do to deserve carrot top? Soon I think it will all make a dramatic change though, I imagine I will be sitting here and all of a sudden be looking inside myself. I wonder what will I See? good? Evil? the possibility for wonderous things? huh, I guess thats it.
