I admire your enthusiasm but 11 plants in a 3 x 3 tent will not work - you'd be lucky to get 4 plants in there. And one 8 bulb t5 fixture is not near enough light. I assume the t5 fixture has 8 - 4' bulbs - how will that fit in a 3' tent?
