1000w MH/HPS be good for 4x4x6 tent?

    Would a 1000w mh/hps ballast work well for a 4x4x6 tent? I am wanting to do about 6-8 plants or so.

    Yeah, i am going to run a 6in inline fan through it, & run a 6in fan and filter to vent the tent. Do u think that will be enough?

    Yea, that's what I use on mine. 2x 6" inline fans will keep your grow temps about as low as it gets without using an a/c


    I get mid to high 70s right under my 1kw. Stays so cool I had buds growing right up against the lens of my hood, couple inches from the bulb.

    You might want to consider LED lighting instead.
    You would still have to deal with heat though.
