One room, no tent set up with a 1000w, testing to see how MH works in flower- so far so good. Still thinking of switching to HPS. Using the Fox Farm line of nutrients, but I haven't bought the powder yet. I do have the BushDr line, including the Flowers Kiss- which I haven't been able to use because I got it past two weeks into flowering. Four of the plants are older than the rest. The older plants are obviously bigger, but most have been lst, and supercropped compared to the younger plants- which have not. The sledgehammer from fox farm is a powerful thing, but i really like the bushdr line. I have been taking pictures since I started - but this is the first time I've shown them. I started flowering December 1st. I am hoping for a valentine's day harvest. I am showing my pictures from start to finish. Tips welcome. Fox Farm soil for the bigger plants, ocean forest style. Same for the smaller plants, but it's happy frog for them. It looks like the pictures are uploading all sideways and stuff, so that's weird. I got my seeds from the owner of a dispensary here in Colorado, all of them turned out female. One was purple django, but I forgot what he said the other seeds were. The bigger bent/cropped/topped plants are the purple django. Some of the leaf stems are purple. Days one out of the cup - 10-04 starting to bend 11-06 The bending was the best thing I could have done, I wish I had done it to them all. 11-07 A little over one month - 11-09 this plant was severely mutated and I was forced to put it down - 11-17 Transplanting from 3 to 5 gallons- About a month and a half in - roughly 7 inches they took exceptionally well to the bending
Officially one month from the flip. Buds are really starting to impress me now. Out of fear, I broke down and ordered a 1000w HPS- so if anyone knows a reason I shouldn't switch to it this late in the game, please let me know before it arrives. I just got nervous with the MH in flower, but I will say this- I consider the experiment a success. Buds look amazing, I'm just afraid that they could be better. The smell is overwhelming, and I'll be purchasing some OnaGel tonight. I might just be paranoid, but I'm starting to think I smell it outside the house. Not that it matters, since it's all perfectly legal. Don't forget- Colorado marijuana stores open today. The first legal U.S. pot stores. Hooray for us!
41 days into flowering. Finally getting some purple - the largest plant I have has really taken off with the purple colouring.
