This will be my second grow.Stats:1000 watt hps cooltube w/ 240 cfm fanCoco in 3 gallon potsBotanicare nutrientsSCROG 4 feet tall (first time)Basement grow, limited vertical height (about 5.5 feet, humidity was a problem in the summer but may not be in the winter)Temp goal: 72fHumidity goal: 35%I plan to make 2 of the plants mother plants and start a new batch of clones ASAP under my 400w mh to start recurring grows.I will veg until 2 feet tall (pots taking up about a foot vertical space) and then flower for 75 days ( breeder recommendation is 68 ).Goal is 1oz per plant!Super excited! 10-26: Clones planted into solo cups just until next weekend. Watered with phed plain water and placed under temporary 400w mh until I repot next weekend. 10-27: One clone looks pretty unhealthy. Subbed, I just finished a Sour Diesel strain in DWC and was interested in seeing how coco works anyway. Perfect timing.
My ladies were all starving and I had no idea! Must have done the nutrient solution equation way wrong. They're yellowing and dying at 230 ppm, I got a TDS meter. upped the nutrient solution to 530 ppm, hoping to see these girls turn around fast. 11/12:Finally got around to replanting 9 of the girls. 4 in 5 gallon pots and 4 in 3 gallon pots. This leaves 3 in solo cups, I didn't get enough buckets. Buried the stems high as I could. 11/14: Transplanted the last 3 girls, swapped the 400w to the 1000w hps. Watered the three new girls, started a watering schedule on a piece of paper so I remember what the hell is going on once all 12 plants want water on different days. Nice looking setup you got going on there. How are you going to set up your screen? And is your setup going to be conducive to watering/tending to the inside plants once the screen fills up and you can't move the buckets? Like the chair sitting there too, stone out and just watch them grow
My screen will be a 5 x 5 plywood frame with wire mesh about 2 x 2 apart. 4 feet high. My plan is to use a large funnel once they grow into the screen, but I found a barrel of RO water in my garage that appears to have some sort of pump to push it out of a hose. If I can figure out how to use that I will! I smoke with my plants e'ryday They have perlite but I did it wrong Lmao. I have 3-4 inches in the bottom instead of mixed in.
