Hey guys, total noob here - about to put an auto fem into a 100% perlite pot which will be sitting under a 400w metal halide lamp inside a pc tower ive created. \nstupid question but how often do I water it, how much water and when do i start adding nutes? \nsorry for the stupid questions gotta start somewhere! \nKind Regards, Gap

Perlite has no nutrients in it...you're pretty much growing hand watered hydro. It will need nutes soon after sprouting...namely when the cotyledons, or round leaves turn yellow. I'd really advise as a new grower you should transplant it into some soil...you need alot of stuff to make hydro work....ph meters..nutes etc. Unless you feel like a challenge. In that case go to the store and get a ph meter, ph up and down, and general hydroponics micro and bloom and some calmag+. Then water it with a light lucas formula ph'd at 5.9. Or just get some decent soil and transplant it and give it tapwater.
